Refund & Cancellation
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services provided by Atlee Technologies LLP. It applies alongside your Statement of Work (“SOW”) and our Terms of Service.
1. Delivery of services
Atlee provides digital products and professional services delivered electronically or as agreed in the SOW. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery timelines are defined per engagement.
2. One-time development work (Build)
- Development is billed against milestones. Fees for a milestone become non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered and accepted (or deemed accepted per the SOW).
- An advance/booking fee reserves our team's time and is non-refundable once work has commenced, except where we have not started work.
- If you cancel a project mid-way, you will be billed for work completed and committed up to the cancellation date; any unused, unstarted balance is refunded.
3. Subscription services (Atlee Care & Run)
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by writing to ventures@atleetech.com or through the client portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the service continues until then. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current month; annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion for the unused full months, less any setup/transaction costs.
- We action valid cancellation requests within 2 business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval, net of any applicable gateway charges and taxes already remitted.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for work already delivered and accepted, for third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domains, paid licences, infrastructure), or where these Terms or the SOW have been breached.
