Pricing & Billing
We price every engagement transparently around three numbers, so you always know what you are paying for and why.
1. The three-number model
- Build — a one-time fee for strategy, design and engineering, billed against milestones in your Statement of Work.
- Atlee Care — a recurring fee (monthly or annual) covering hosting, domain, maintenance, updates and monitoring.
- Run — a recurring monthly fee for us to operate the product in production: on-call paging, backups, incident response and growth iteration.
The figures shown on our homepage are indicative starting points (“from”). Your final quote is scoped to your specific requirements and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
2. Currencies
Indian clients are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). International clients are billed in US Dollars ($ USD) (or another agreed currency), at the rate stated on the invoice. Currency conversion and bank/gateway charges, where applicable, are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.
3. Taxes (GST)
Prices are exclusive of taxes. For services supplied within India, 18% GST is added and a GST-compliant tax invoice is issued (GSTIN 27ACNFA8590Q1ZB). For exports of services, invoices are issued under applicable export-of-services rules.
4. Payment terms
- One-time work is invoiced against milestones; an advance is typically payable to commence.
- Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance for each period and auto-renew until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges; we notify you of renewals where required.
- We accept payments via standard Indian and international payment gateways and bank transfer.
5. Changes & cancellation
Scope changes are handled via written change requests and may affect price. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Full contractual terms are in our Terms of Service.
